I came across this website and found this great hair artist who published her own step by step hair styling e-book. She took photos of 30 hairstyles in 30 days. The images are great while the updos and finishes are beautiful and modern. I’m considering buying it (although I will gladly take a donation :-) and think you should too. It’s nice to support projects like these.

Wonderful design, balance, finish, concept… This is truly hair sculpture. It works with her face, makes a beautiful shape, it’s controlled with precision. Very inspiring.

Had a great Sunday day doing hair with a very talented crew at a fun bowling alley in Brooklyn. Made some hair accessories the night before while Martin Cullen and Luigi Murenu’s work from the March 2010 issue of Teen Vogue were major inspirations. Came to realize that teen hair and makeup are my favorites.
